The kitchenette offered great convenience for meal prep.
Upon arrival, the room had an unpleasant smell. Additionally, the bathroom sink was left with water all over the counter. The bed was uncomfortable with flat pillows, leaving me restless throughout the night.

Comfortable kitchenette setup made meals easy.
The hot water issue on the first morning was a major inconvenience, leaving me in a cold shower. Breakfast options leaned heavily towards pork, with processed egg bowls that didn’t hit the mark. The room layout was less than ideal, with elevators far from the room and noise from slamming bathroom doors disrupting sleep.

The risotto at the local Cracker Barrel hit the spot after a long day of travel! The friendly staff generously offered us complimentary blankets, and the rooms were fairly clean.
While I was promised a full king suite, the bed seemed more like a queen.

Perfect for families!
This place is awesome for fams! The kitchenette totally made our lives easier, full fridge and all. The breakfast is a highlight for our crew, those giant waffles were a hit! Just wish the room size was a bit bigger, but it still worked out. Plus, the staff is super friendly, what more could you ask for?

great service but missed room cleanliness detail
The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly! I was impressed by how Donna kept the dining area spotless while we ate. Amanda even remembered my water preference and offered me bottles that were not chilled, which I appreciated! ! It felt personalized and welcoming. The free snacks provided were of good quality, including my favorite green apples. When my child ran around, the atmosphere remained relaxed and enjoyable!
The only downside was that my room could have used a more thorough cleaning before our arrival. I noticed some dust in the corners and a slight odor upon entry.

The Home2 Suites By Hilton provided a spacious, clean room, complete with a comfortable king-sized bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The staff were commendable, especially the front desk, who greeted me warmly and accommodated my needs promptly. Breakfast was abundant, with a variety of options, and the 24-hour coffee service was a delightful touch. The atmosphere remained pleasant even during the busy holiday weekend.
The pool area was quite crowded and noisy.

Clean rooms with a modern kitchenette offered plenty of storage for our food, making our stay convenient. The breakfast had a solid variety, and the coffee was surprisingly excellent. Staff interactions were positive, especially the friendly demeanor of the overnight concierge who provided great local dining recommendations. However, the room layout felt cramped, and the parking arrangements were a hassle, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

I stayed in the Queen Studio Suite, Hearing Access for 7 nights. The room was clean and spacious, which was a huge plus, and the kitchenette setup was really handy for making snacks. I loved that there was always fresh coffee available! The bed was comfy, but the pillows could have been a bit fluffier. No issues with noise, which was great for sleep!
